I love this feather bed, but it's not uncrushable, I have to puff it up every day and I really don't mind! It did smell a little bit but let it air for a day all was fine. I gave it 4 stars because it states uncrushable, I think this needs to be removed from the title description. :0))

I've been considering buying a featherbed for ages - extreme difficulty sleeping in pregnancy finally convinced me to take the plunge! I chose this particular type because I've always preferred a firm mattress and was a bit worried about everybody describing sleeping on featherbeds with words like 'sinking in'! I have to say I'm really, really pleased with this purchase. Having found it difficult to get comfortable now that I am 'with bump', the last week with the featherbed on the mattress has been sheer bliss. It offers support and comfort at the same time. As the presenters always say - you don't wake up dozens of times in the night to adjust your position. My husband - who was extremely sceptical about the usefulness of the product - has been insisting on early nights just to get to the featherbed sooner! If you find it difficult to get comfortable with your partner sharing the bed, this item really does make a big difference - less tossing and turning equals less unequal duvet distribution
